Hi Stanley,

Thanks for this, I feel like quitting every morning that I sit down at my computer and see that zero income has resulted from my seven (!) monetized blogs.

I recently wrote a post on my blog here: http://donotreadthisblogunless.blogspot.com/2008/12/do-you-ever-feel-like-quitting.html

Without sufficient daily budget for clicks (PPC-click-budget), I have attempted to make money online from free blogs on blogspot. Bad idea...nobody clicks on my adds even though I have 50-100 visitors per week.

It is really hard when you are unemployed, and trying to climb this hill seems impossible.

I'm not quitting, but seeking a day job until my income supports PPC where the real money is.

Respectfully,

Nicholas Chase

Stanley,

One of the best ways I have of pushing through disappointment is to get up and get moving. Some hard physical activity gets those endorphins flowing, improves my attitude and gives me some space to think. I'm able to come up with a plan of attack, and then buckle down and get to work.

I don't take the time for pitty parties, they just keep you stuck in a low spot instead of helping to raise you up and overcome. Great topic! Thanks!

Stanley,

Doing what you love creates the energy to help you break the gravity of setbacks. Imagine if the engineers and astronauts who built and flew rocket ships "gave up" before breaking free of earth's gravity...Where would be today?
